Shipping is free for all products by UPS.

Shipment will be processed within 3 days of payment, and it will take 2 to 4 more days to complete the shipment.

Delivery may be delayed due to the courier or the customer's situation (if we cannot get in touch with you). In such case, you can check the delivery status by calling the UPS.

How to Return


1. Log into My Account, go to Order History and select the order you wish to return.  

2. Please book your collection by phone(Contact with Local UPS call center), you will be asked for your account number-this is printed on the returns labels.

3. Pack your return item(s) using the original packing provided.

4. Attach one label securely to the box, ensuring the previous delivery label is covered.

5. Upon collection, hand the second label to the UPS driver.


Regulations on Product Return


Comply with the regulations stipulated under the Law on protection of consumer in e-commerce, etc.

Standard for reception of application for exchange is once for non-damaged and non-used product within 10 days of having received the product.

In addition, please note that product return is not allowed in any of the following situations:

 

If the product is destroyed or damaged due to causes attributable to the customer / If the value of the product is lowered due to use or partial consumption by the customer

/ If the value of the product is lowered to the extent of making resale difficult due to passage of time / If the tag on the product has been removed

WOOYOUNGMI.COM will pay not only the delivery cost but also 100% of the courier cost for product return.

However, customer will have to pay the courier cost if other courier company is used.

Guidance on Exchange / Refund

Standard for reception of application for exchange is once for non-damaged and non-used product within 10 days of having received the product.

Inaccurate size and dissatisfaction on the design and color : Can be exchanged within 10 days of the purchase date.

(There must be no damage to the product and will be exchanged with the same product with same price in principle.)

Warranty Period: The warranty period of WOOYOUNGMI products is one year from the date of purchase.

This refers to the period during which the customer can claim compensation (free repair, exchange, refund) from the manufacturer due to a fault in the product attributable to the manufacturer (sewing, fabric, materials).

※ Regulations for Compensation for Damages (Fault Attributable to the Consumer)

- Fabric, subsidiary materials and sewing defects: Free repair, or exchange or refund where repair is not possible, within one year from the date of purchase.

- We are not responsible for compensation for product damage caused by the customer's carelessness, deformations caused by incorrect washing, and product quality beyond the one-year warranty period.

※ Occasionally, there may be a difference of opinion in the price calculation during the compensation process. Please present the receipt provided when first purchasing the product.

After the warranty period has lapsed, we will reduce the price based on the damage compensation standards announced by the Korea Institute of Finance and Economy.

Clear product defects (sewing defects, fabric defects, subsidiary materials, size defects) will be dealt with by customer service.

However, there may be disagreement in the process of judging the fault.

In this case, you can request customer service to identify the cause and inform you of the findings of mediation by the Korean Consumer Consortium.

The Korean Women's Consumer Consortium is a consumer organization that advocates consumer interests, discusses disputed clothing every Wednesday, and informs the client (customer or manufacturer) of the results (every Friday).

Our customer service department provides free deliberations by making a request to the Consumer Union upon the request of the customer.
